If you ordered something wrong or not the right size, and want it exchanged, then you have to pay the return shipping cost and also the cost of new shipping.

If the goods could not be delivered to you and were sent back to us, there are two possibilities:

First: You waive further shipping and we will refund you the value of the goods, but not the shipping costs.

Second: If you want to have the goods sent again, you have to pay shipping costs again and we will try to send you the goods. But without guarantee that it will work this time.
Return Policy: We are sorry that the shipping costs and shipping time to the USA and Canada are so high at the moment, but there is nothing we can do about it.

First of all, according to the EU directive, goods must always be sent as a parcel or package, otherwise they won't get past the customs and won't reach you. This applies to all shipments abroad, even within the EU. Only letters may be sent in envelopes.

On the other hand, the costs of delivery services to the USA and Canada are higher than to other countries. It must be related to the higher administrative burden caused by regulations of the United States regarding the Corona pandemic.
We are also very sad about this, because we are unfortunately upsetting our fans in the USA. We can only recommend to wait until the shipping costs are reduced again.
